IE 6 will not let me download files from sites anymore
... they referred me to upgrade my internet explorer.so i go to my microsoft window information and iread that i have an IE5.50.4807.2300,GREAT,RIGHT, only have a 5.0.2614.3500 of file licmgrid.dll.so icant repair the version,but which version is it?a5.0 or 5.5.and how do i repair this? please help thank you CT.

I do repair several of these all year long. #1 cause is the solder connections failing in the horizontal output stage. #2 is power spikes/surges/brown outs.
